• Charges are made up of the hire of the vehicle and for the company of a dancer for either male or female. This entitles the client to his / her entertainment and a number of dances given by each performer (Dancer)

• Limodance does not participate in any illegal or immoral activities. We promote an Executive B2B and ask anyone who wishes not to abide by these terms set out to reconsider using Limodance as your entertainment.

• It is a strict look, don't touch policy, and anyone seen or heard being abusive to any entertainer will be dismissed from the vehicle immediately

• A Charge of £80.00 per hour (or part thereof on prorate) will be levied on late return of the vehicle. A supplementary invoice will be issued to the customer paying by cash or cheque.

• Any damage to the vehicle or contents by the hirer will be charged at the replacement costs. This includes any specialist cleaning when valeting charge of £100 will be leived to include downtime.

• Due to the size of the vehicle it may not always be possible to access certain addresses. Under these circumstances the driver is instructed to park as close as possible without compromising the safety of other vehicles or road users.

• We reserve the right to substitute a replacement vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In the event of mechanical breakdown etc. Limodance will endeavour to ensure that passengers are able to continue their journey by any alternative means of transport.

• Limodance operates a non smoking policy at all times.

• Drivers are under strict instruction to terminate bookings, or refuse any person entry to any vehicle due to unsuitable behaviour.

• Drivers are not permitted to handle cash payments/refunds or any type. Gratuities are acceptable where appropriate, at the customer's discretion.

• Limodance cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond their control. Maximum liability of Limodance will be the hire fees paid under any claim or circumstances.

• An additional deposit of £400 is required when booking parties of a longer period for 3 hours. This deposit will be refunded, normally within 24 hours of the hire date, following satisfactory inspection of the vehicle.
